With our primary consultant being one of the most experienced Siebel consultants anywhere having over 17 years of Siebel CRM experience on over 40 large projects, we have experienced all roles in most business sectors and Siebel verticals. We have additional resources available should it be necessary.

It doesn’t need to be any complex projects, we regularly take on part-time or standby support roles for customers who cannot justify the expense of full time Siebel resources, and are happy to do basic admin tasks as-and-when necessary, as well as do periodic system checks as needed. Also we have done a lot of data migration projects for customers either trying to get their data out of or into Oracle Siebel CRM. With experience presenting technical Siebel training for Siebel University, we can also compile and present a training programme for your users and or technical resources.

Additionally we have a strong history of developing plugins and middleware, reporting, and forecasting tools to interface Siebel CRM to other (often bespoke) systems.
